BTE insurance usually covers all legal expenses for taking or defending legal claims, including the solicitors' fees. Before entering a no win no fee agreement with any solicitors firm, it is imperative that you check you insurance policies for BTE cover which takes precedence over a no win no fee agreement.

Another matter that must be considered before taking any legal action is the fact that you may lose your case and be ordered to pay the defendants legal costs.
